SSRC coordinates donation of books to Universidad Catolica del Uruguay

The SSRC coordinated the donation of about 350 used computer science books to the Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Many thanks to the faculty and students at UC Santa Cruz, UC San Diego, and elsewhere who donated books, and to Symantec, who paid to ship over 260 kg of books in 18 large boxes to Uruguay.

Special thanks go to Grace Rathe, Ian Adams, and Aleatha Parker-Wood for schlepping the boxes to the downtown Santa Cruz post office.
