Ohad Rodeh
Dr. Ohad Rodeh is a scientist and software engineer at DNAnexus, a genomics start-up.
Between 2009 and 2014, he was a researcher at the IBM Almaden research center. His focus was gathering and analyzing IO traces from enterprise storage systems. The traces allow visualization and cache prediction. Between 2001 and 2008 he was a researcher at the IBM Haifa research center. There, he worked on distributed storage systems, object disks, and machine learning.
He has also written papers describing the BTRFS Linux filesystem, and contributed the B-tree algorithms.
