Papers accepted to MASCOTS 2012

Two papers, one on shingled disk and one on archival storage, have been accepted to the 20th IEEE Symposium on Modeling, Analysis and Simulation of Computer and Telecommunication Systems (MASCOTS), to be held in Washington, DC in August 2012. The papers are:

• Evolutionary Trends in a Supercomputing Tertiary Storage Environment (Joel C. Frank, Ethan L. Miller, Ian F. Adams, Daniel C. Rosenthal)
• Emulating a Shingled Write Disk (Rekha Pitchumani, Ahmed Amer, Andy Hospodor, Ethan L. Miller)
