Erez Zadok
Erez Zadok is on the faculty at Stony Brook University, where he is the coordinator of the File Systems and Storage Laboratory (FSL).
His research interests include file systems and storage, specifically performance analysis, benchmarking, and optimization; energy efficiency; data security; stackable, network, and distributed file system; multi-tier and multi-device storage systems; new storage architectures; transactional storage; and deduplication. Zadok's work with SSRC faculty includes performance analysis, benchmarks for petabyte-scale storage systems, and economic models for long-term data preservation.
